Linda Kelly | School Counselor (A-Cn)

Mrs. Kelly has been a member of the school counseling department at Pickerington High School North since 2008. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and political science from the College of Wooster and a master's degree in school counseling from the University of Akron. Mrs. Kelly and her husband, Tim, have lived in Pickerington for more than 20 years. She and Tim have two daughters, Courtney and Makenzie, both of whom graduated from Pickerington High School North. Courtney is a mechanical engineer living in Chicago, and Makenzie works in business administration and marketing for USA Baseball in Cary, North Carolina.

Colby Schmitt | School Counselor (Co-He)
Colby Schmitt is entering her fourth year as a school counselor at Pickerington High School North. She currently serves students with last names beginning with the letters Co through He. This is her eleventh year as a school counselor and prior to joining the team at North, Ms. Schmitt worked in two other school districts. Ms. Schmitt loves connecting with students and supporting their growth and self-discovery throughout high school.
Ms. Schmitt earned her bachelor's degree from Miami University and her masters' degree from Regent University. She maintains her licenses as a licensed professional counselor and licensed school counselor.
Ms.Schmitt resides in Pickerington with her family.

Eric Rutter | School Counselor (Md-Sc)
Eric Rutter is the Pickerington High School North school counseling department head. Mr. Rutter assists students with last names beginning with the letters Md through Sc.
Mr. Rutter is in his seventeenth year in education and this is his sixth year as a high school counselor at Pickerington North. Prior to being a school counselor, Mr. Rutter served as an assistant principal at Ridgeview Junior High. Prior to joining Pickerington Schools, Mr. Rutter was a high school art teacher, elementary counselor and college career counselor. While employed at Pickerington, Mr. Rutter also assisted in the development and coaching of the Pickerington Schools ESports Team and currently serves as the advisor for the Pickerington North Gaming Club.
Mr. Rutter earned his master's degree from the University of Dayton, where he became certified in school counseling, educational leadership, and curriculum specialist. Mr. Rutter also attended the Columbus College of Art and Design and Capital University for his bachelor's degree with a focus on art therapy.

Emma Baucher | School Counselor (Sd-Z)
Emma Baucher is entering her second year at Pickerington High School North as a school counselor for students whose last names begin with the letters Sd through Z. This year is her eighteenth year in education. She has experience teaching in junior high, being a high school counselor/director of counseling for a virtual school, and most recently was an elementary school counselor.
Mrs. Baucher earned her Master of Science in School Counseling from the University of Dayton and her Bachelor of Arts in Middle Childhood Education from Capital University, where she was also a four-year member of the women's tennis team.
She lives in Pickerington with her husband, Brett, and their two children.
