Principal since 2015, Mr. Dansby is well aware of how fortunate he is to be part of such a hardworking, dedicated staff, and he looks forward to supporting students as they grow. Mr Dansby began his educational career right here in Pickerington at Fairfield Elementary as a second grade teacher and taught for six years before making the transition to administration at Tussing Elementary. Over time, he has had the privilege of building relationships with students and their families. Mr. Dansby is excited to continue this growth as the building principal. He has learned that students have a variety of needs and when we work together, we can all provide a safe, challenging and engaging environment for students to thrive. He looks forward to building those partnerships with our families and community.

Mr. Dansby is an avid reader and fan of the game of basketball. His mindset is that we can all learn and grow each day. Mr. Dansby also coached basketball. This experience provided him with the opportunity to watch our youth grow in a setting outside of academics. Mr. Dansby found it amazing to witness the results and changes you can see in a person's development when that person sets up and works toward achieving a goal. Mr. Dansby knows we can all grow and develop our traits and abilities and he looks forward to growing in this setting with continued high expectations for himself, our staff, and students.
