The meeting agenda topics include:

At 5:00 p.m., the Board will honor three students from Toll Gate Elementary School for their achievements in the Worldwide Live Math Competition. 

Celebrating District retirees, and Pride of Pickerington Awards recipients.

Business Meeting Agenda Highlights:

Financial Update – (Work Session #4) 

The Treasurer and Administration will continue the discussion on District finances and the need to generate additional revenue. Topics include the Performance Audit, efforts to Press Pause on the Staffing Plan, and potential funding solutions.

Additionally, the District will examine potential program impacts if new revenue is not generated.

E. Consent Agenda: 

Administrative Personnel Recommendations for approval of:

  • Recommend contract for Michael Hudak, as principal of Pickerington High School North

  • Recommend contract for Roshawn Parker as principal of Pickerington High School Central.

  • Retirements, resignations, and support personnel approvals

  • Supplemental Contracts and Stipends

F. Discussion/Action:

The Board will consider:

  • 2025-2026 Elementary and Middle School Fees (2nd read)

  • Revised Job Descriptions (2nd read)

  • Revised Board Policy; Recommend requesting a waiver of first read and second read, and move to approve Policy 5460.04 Graduation Exercises

  • Recommendation to approve purchase agreement with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for literature Curricular Resources for Grades 6-12

  • Recommendation to approve agreement with Savvas enVision AGA Curricular Resources for Geometry & Algebra 2

  • Chromebook Contract for Annual Refresh

  • Interactive Display Panels Refresh

  • PHSN and Diley MS Freezer Replacement Resolution

  • Resolution Authorizing the School District Board to acknowledge the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission’s Design Phase Review Comments for Pickerington High School Central addition

  • Resolution Authorizing the School District Board to acknowledge the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission’s Design Phase Review Comments for Pickerington High School North addition
