Tom Lanier | Principal
Mr. Lanier is the principal of Pickerington High School Central.
This is his 32nd year in education. Mr. Lanier spent 17 years as a classroom teacher and 15 years as an administrator. Most recently, he was an administrator at Pickerington High School North and principal at Westerville Central. This is his second year as principal at Pickerington High School Central. Mr. Lanier received his bachelor's degree in political science and accounting with a minor in history from Capital University and his teaching credentials from Ohio Dominican University. Mr. Lanier earned his masters in educational leadership from the University of Dayton.

Roshawn Parker | Lead Assistant Principal (L-Ri)
Mr. Parker is the lead assistant principal at Pickerington High School Central. He assists students with last names beginning with the letters L through Ri.
Mr. Parker is excited to serve the Pickerington community in the capacity of lead assistant principal. Mr. Parker has been in education for around 18 years. He feels blessed to have served Columbus City Schools, Whitehall Schools, Westerville Schools, and Pickerington Schools. Mr. Parker has served students in many roles. He has been a substitute teacher, English teacher, football coach, mentor, and administrator! As an educator, Mr. Parker believes:
- The more we know about our students, the better we will be able to create the conditions for them to demonstrate growth.
- That our staff is greater as a team than as individuals.
- We are partners with parents and the community in the development of students.
- A positive school culture promotes academic success, makes learning more relevant, and promotes positive behavior.
Mr. Parker whole heartedly agrees with Dr. James Carter, “No significant learning occurs without a significant relationship.”
He is excited to work together to have Pickerington students reach their full potential!

Tom Lombardi | Assistant Principal (E-K)
Mr. Lombardi is an assistant principal at Pickerington High School Central. He assists students with last names beginning with the letters E through K. Mr. Lombardi is the Pickerington Central Point Person for the Parents on Positivity Patrol volunteers.
Mr. Lombardi started his career at Pickerington Schools as a social studies teacher at Pickerington High School Central. This is his first year as an administrator. Mr. Lombardi oversees the PSAT, ACT, Math department, parking, Link Crew, Pickerington Alternative School (PAS) liaison, PoPP, and CORE Value work. Mr. Lombardi went to Ohio University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Education with an integrated social studies major and Capital University for graduate school, where he earned his Master of Arts in Education with a focus on educational leadership.
