Mr. Michael Kauffeld | Principal
Michael Kauffeld graduated from Capital University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He received his Master of Educational Leadership Degree from Ashland University in 2004. Michael coached football at Capital University from 1990 until 1995. He taught and was the Athletic Director at Hamilton Township High School from 1995 until 2002. Michael joined Teays Valley Local School District in 2002. At Teays Valley Local School District, he served as a high school teacher, middle school assistant principal, and principal at Teays Valley West Middle School (an Ohio School to Watch). In 2021, Michael joined Pickerington Schools as the principal at Toll Gate Middle School. His wife, Jennifer, is a principal at South Western City School District.
