Nikki Arnold | School Counselor
Ms. Arnold began her teaching career at Pickerington High School in 1996, where she taught health and physical education classes at both the high school and junior high buildings. Six years later, Ms. Arnold became a school counselor at Fairfield Elementary and then, eventually, dean of students/assistant principal. Since then, Ms. Arnold has also served as assistant principal at Sycamore Creek Elementary and Harmon Middle School. In 2013, she returned to Sycamore Creek as principal for seven years and then back to Fairfield Elementary in 2020 in the school counselor role. Ms. Arnold holds master's degrees from the University of Cincinnati and University of Dayton. She received her bachelor's from Capital University.
