Beth Richardson, Principal
Beth Richardson will be starting her fifteenth year with Pickerington Schools. This will be Mrs. Richardson's third year as principal at Ridgeview Junior High. She serves as the co-chair of the Local Professional Development Committee. Mrs. Richardson has been an educator since 2003. She has taught all levels of Spanish and taught an education class offered through the College Credit Plus program. She was involved within the high school, working with Spanish Club, Renaissance, Student Council, and Sunny Side Up. Previously, she had mentored resident educators along with countless student teachers from area universities. She loves to travel and has been fortunate to share that experience with students. Mrs. Richardson resides in Pickerington with her husband, Matt, two sons, Tyler and Sean, and dogs, Moses and Woody.

Mrs. Dillard's main goal is to ensure that each and every student is learning in an engaging, interactive, and hands-on environment in which they will strive to discover new knowledge and gain skills that will help to prepare them for their futures. Mrs. Dillard fully believes in the growth mindset and helping students to persevere and to discover new ways to solve problems and succeed.
