    Ann William's personal philosophy is that true potential is reached by addressing the needs of the whole child and developing confidence and self-efficacy through a foundation of trust in relationships. Ms. Williams offers a range of opportunities for your child throughout the year to grow academically, socially, and emotionally through classroom guidance lessons, small group counseling and individual counseling sessions and mediation. She also offers parent /child counseling opportunities and referral options as needed. Ms. Williams is a certified wellness counselor and certified in applied behavioral analysis. She earned her master's from University of Dayton and her bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. Ms. Williams has been the school counselor at Sycamore Creek since its opening year. Of her time here she says, "It is an honor to work with the amazing students and staff in this building! The students teach me all the time, which makes this job so special! It's exciting to watch them grow into their own unique individual people!"
