The Pickerington Education Foundation (PEF) plans to take photographs, audio and/or video during our in-person events. We reserve the right to use any photographs and/or videos captured during our events without the explicit written consent of the individuals depicted in the visual content. PEF may use the photographs and/or video in PEF news or promotional materials, which include, but is not limited to, brochures, invitations, newspapers, magazines, social media accounts and websites. 

In order to protect the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or other identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.

A person attending a PEF event who does not wish to be photographed or have their image recorded for distribution must inform the photographer and/or the event organizers and include an identifying photograph for reference. In such cases, the provided photograph will be used solely for identification purposes and will be held confidentially. 

By participating in a PEF event or failing to notify us in writing of your preference not to have your image used by us, you are implicitly consenting to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify PEF from any and all claims involving the use of your photograph or likeness.
